hey everybody this video is going to be a practice video for those who have down the instructional video if this is confusing before you go back to instructional video this is meant to kind of show you the flow of things in quick succession so that right-handed one-handed surgeons or squares not left hand holds right hand pinches wrapping through a round left hand around the right cuz the right is the business hand make those 11s pull out that right hand and there you have one square certain it's not same thing pinch extend wrap round through wrap the left around the right because the right is the business hand come back make those Levin's pull it down nice and tight now remember if this is tricky for you go back to our instructional video this is to show you the flow of how things go and surge on you're throwing multiple one-handed knots make that'll let them come back down and now you can see you know here we're just through four knots this is we want to see you want to see parallel whites parallel purples start to make a nice little column here of square knots or surgeons knots one more here so first throw you're going to pinch with your right hand extend wrap around and through wrap the left hand around the right so with that first throw lays flat because your right hand is your business hand remember that wrap through make that one make that 11 middle fingers the action hand come back through wrap it down nice and tight and there you have a nice little stack of a one-handed right handed square knots
